Last year I has the absolute pleasure of photographing this most precious day of Ross & Anna’s! It was beautiful from morning to night, so many amazing loving and peaceful vibes.

They chose to be married at JC Slaughter Falls in Brisbane and what a lovely choice, to be amongst nature which is where Anna would be all the time is she could I was so blessed to be able to share this special day with them and wish them every happiness for the future.

An added bonus is that this wedding will also be featured on UK based blog, Boho Weddings really soon! What a great start to the year

Vintage Inspiration

I had a fantastic time covering the Brisbane Vintage Fashion Fair this weekend for Karen Zavidil and the team, there were so many ideas and fabulous vintage inspirations to be taken away from the fair. There were so many beautiful and fun characters in their vintage attire ranging through the decades past, what a blast!

 

 

I was even lucky enough the photograph a wedding dress designed by Sir Norman Bishop Hartnell at the fair who was a British fashion designer. He received a Royal Warrant as Dressmaker to Her Majesty The Queen 1940, this then lead to Sir Norman receiving a Royal Warrant as Dressmaker to HM Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother and finally received a Royal Warrant as Dressmaker to Queen Elizabeth II 1957. It was absolutely stunning!

 

 

And last but not least, one final vintage style wedding dress. So many amazing beauties to look at, make sure you get along to the next one.

 

Jeremy & Shilo

I was so thrilled to be able to capture Jeremy & Shilo’s special day, they chose such a beautiful and spiritual location ~ a Buddhist Temple, Chung Tian Temple at Logan right here in Brisbane. Jeremy & Shilo chose to have a small ceremony with family and close friends as they are truly humble people at heart. It was a very real and wonderful celebration of their love.
